John James Murphy proudly served in the 3rd Parachute Squadron RE and 9 Squadron RE from 1947-49 in Germany. John passed away on 17th February 2022

Upon retirement, John very much enjoyed participating in Airborne Engineers Association activities at the Aldershot Branch. He also joined several trips to the United States organised with the 82d Airborne Blue Ridge Chapter.
